What Happens After Dispatch?
Once a package transitions into dispatched state, the logistics flow cannot be halted midpoint. In this case, you will need to receive the product and request a standard return if eligible.

What Happens to Offers & Discounts?
If you cancel an order that qualified for bundle pricing, cashback, net banking partner discounts or specific coupon codes, the promotional benefits will be reversed automatically during computation. Re-ordering with expired coupons is not possible.
