You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to place an order with us.

• Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for reference and may vary between our website and physical stores.
• We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and availability, but errors can occur; we reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order affected by one, with a full refund.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Promotional offers, bank discounts, and EMI schemes are subject to the specific terms stated with that offer and the relevant bank or financing partner's conditions.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability). Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways; we do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.

Delivery timelines shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by location, product availability, and courier or logistics conditions. Please inspect your product on delivery and report visible damage immediately to our support team.

Manufacturer warranty coverage, claim procedures, and exclusions are described in our Warranty Policy. Vardhman Electronics facilitates manufacturer warranty support but does not independently extend or guarantee terms beyond what the manufacturer provides, unless explicitly stated at the time of sale.

All content on vardhman.store — including the Vardhman Electronics name, logo, page design, and text — is owned by or licensed to Vardhman Electronics Private Limited and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written consent. Third-party brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

You agree not to use the site to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order or contact information.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the site (for example, through scraping at scale, automated abuse, or attempts to disrupt service).
• Violate any applicable Indian law or regulation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vardhman Electronics Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a purchased product, beyond the manufacturer's warranty terms and applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or its E-Commerce Rules, 2020.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
